Rename references from `rare` to `data-discovery` for generic components
Data discovery application references rare in numerous places where a more generic name should be prefered now, such as data-discovery, dataDiscovery or also dd (prefix).
In some cases, it is RARe specific, in other cases it is rather related to the application itself.
